Job Description
Teamlead IT Support position at an established IT service provider in Vienna, Austria. Responsibilities include technical leadership of the team, operational daily business control, planning and implementation of infrastructure projects, and ensuring high quality and security standards.
Requirements
- 5+ years experience in IT support or a comparable position
- First experience in leading a team in a technical function
- Practical experience in the professional operation of complex infrastructures (patching, backup, monitoring) according to ITIL standards.
- Knowledge of system architecture with a focus on server, network, cloud (Azure, M365)
- Excellent communication skills
- High service orientation
- Fluent German knowledge and good English knowledge
