Job Description
The Business Development Director is responsible for driving strategic growth within an assigned market or region through the development and execution of referral-based business development strategies. This role provides leadership to Business Development Associates and ensures strong, compliant relationships with referral sources.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
- 7+ years of progressive experience in business development, sales, or growth-focused roles
- 5+ years of leadership or team management experience
- Experience in home health required
- Demonstrated experience in healthcare business development, referral-based growth, or client services
