Responds to customer inquiries, provides problem resolution, and delivers outstanding service to high-value customers. Supports different customer service channels and participates in ongoing training programs.

Requirements

• At least 6 months to 1 year of customer service, support, or client-facing roles experience
• Strong communication skills in Tagalog and English, with ability to converse in Bisaya
• Ability to work on a shifting schedule and onsite
