Provide outstanding service to high-value customers, respond to inquiries, and support various channels. Participate in training and development programs. Achieve daily/monthly targets.

Requirements

• At least 6 months to 1 year of customer service, support, or client facing roles experience
• Strong communication skills in Tagalog and English
• Ability to converse in Bisaya is a plus
• Amenable to working on a shifting schedule and working onsite
