Requirements

• Manage the initiation of client and internal meetings
• Facilitate discussion, gathering of critical information with the client and producer, and timing of deliverables
• Create and maintain work stream project plans, status reporting, and documentation
• Collaborate across work streams understanding work interdependencies and the associated schedule implications
• Utilize critical thinking to assess risks proactively, prioritize issues, and work based on impact
• Communicate to stakeholders effectively and concisely
• Creatively problem solve and identify process improvements always driving towards operational excellence
• Prepare and present quarterly reports for business reviews
