Job Description
An IT Support Technician role at Anglian Water, providing technical support to colleagues, investigating incidents, and resolving them swiftly. The role involves working with Microsoft Technologies, providing training and coaching, and maintaining self-help guides. The ideal candidate is a motivated self-starter with a passion for technology and helping people, and a willingness to travel to different sites across the region.
Requirements
- Working knowledge of M365 applications such as Onedrive, Sharepoint, Teams etc.
- Good attention to detail
