Job Description
Join our team at Belong Ottawa to make a difference in the lives of homeless and vulnerably housed people. As a Driver, you will be responsible for safely transporting food, supplies, and donated goods between our three locations in downtown Ottawa, maintaining the organization's delivery van, and supporting the effective flow, organization, and storage of donations.
Requirements
- Valid Ontario Class G driver's licence with a clean driving abstract
- Demonstrated experience operating a commercial vehicle safely in urban environments
- Ability to load, unload, and transport boxes and supplies of varying weights
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision as well as collaboratively within a team setting
