Requirements
- Degree in a relevant mining-related discipline
- Postgraduate qualification advantageous
- At least 8 years’ relevant underground mining experience
- Strong underground mine planning software capability, preferably Deswik
- Experience in budget planning schedules and reserve processes
- Exposure to different underground mining methods
- Practical understanding of the mining value chain, including mining, geotechnical, metallurgy, and projects
- Strong analytical, commercial, financial, risk management, and stakeholder engagement skills
- Willingness to undertake extensive business travel
