Job Description
We are seeking an experienced Superintendent – Metallurgical Technical Services to join our Processing Team at Tropicana Gold Mine. The role is responsible for managing and continuously improving production activities to ensure the business unit meets or exceeds the plan.
Requirements
- Extensive professional experience within the mining industry and gold processing plants
- Tertiary qualification held in Metallurgy, Process or Chemical Engineering
- Previous roles held at operational superintendent level
- Working knowledge of gold processing technologies, including High Pressure Grinding Rolls
- Exposure to the Cyanide Code
- Production planning, maintenance planning and project management experience
- Proactive attitude with excellent communication skills
- Ability to work effectively with other departments to achieve business goals
- Proficient level of computer skills and knowledge in MS Office
- Permanent work rights in Australia
- National Police Clearance
