Head of Customer Experience at Ankorstore, leading a team of ~20 Customer Service Advisors, responsible for delivering seamless, empathetic, and efficient support experience to brands and retailers, while continuously reimagining how that experience is delivered through smart tooling, AI, and process innovation.
Requirements
- Proven leadership experience in Customer Experience, Operations, or Service Delivery
- Track record of leading CX or operational transformation programmes
- Strong command of modern CX tooling ecosystem
- Data-driven mindset
- Excellent communication and executive presence
- Fluent in French and English
