Job Description
The Deputy Director, Human Resources guides and controls the departmental activities of Anoka County’s Human Resources department. This position collaborates and partners closely with the Chief Human Resources Officer to develop department strategic plans that align with county objectives and establishes departmental policies, practices, and procedures that have a significant impact on the county.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree
- At least 8 years of job-related experience
- HR Professional certification such as SHRM-CP, SHRM-SCP, or equivalent
