Job Description
The Deputy Chief Human Resources Officer performs a wide variety of professional human resources services and provides strategic leadership to the Division of Human Resources. This position serves as the CHRO in their absence and is responsible for many administrative functions and daily oversight of the Division of Human Resources.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Public Administration, Business Administration or related field
- Five years of professional experience in Human Resources or related HR management experience, including three years of supervisory experience or experience leading or directing HR related work, providing functional guidance and/or HR program initiatives
- SHRM PHR/SPHR, IPMA-CP/CS, etc. (Preferred Qualifications)
