Job Description
ANS is a consulting engineering firm looking for an HR Generalist to support HR operations across their LATAM region. The role involves executing and improving core HR processes, ensuring a positive employee experience, and collaborating with regional and global stakeholders.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in human resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 2 years of experience in HR roles, ideally supporting HR operations.
- Strong understanding of HR compliance and operational best practices in Mexico.
- Advanced English proficiency (reading, writing, speaking).
- Strong organizational skills and meticulous attention to detail.
- Excellent interpersonal, analytical, and troubleshooting skills.
- Ability to excel in a fast-paced, collaborative environment and adapt quickly to new technologies.
