HR Generalist

Littelfuse is seeking an HR Generalist to manage core Human Resources processes, including talent acquisition, onboarding, employee relations, and performance management, while ensuring compliance with company policies and labor regulations.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Business Management, or related field
• Minimum 2 years of experience in similar Human Resources roles
• Hands-on experience in recruitment, employee relations, training, and general HR processes
• Knowledge of labor legislation and HR best practices
• Intermediate to advanced English proficiency
