Executive Assistant to the President

The Executive Assistant to the President plays a pivotal role in the organization, serving as a key partner to the President and ensuring smooth operations at the highest level of leadership. The ideal candidate will be highly organized, proactive, and possess excellent communication skills, comfortable working in a fast-paced environment and adept at managing multiple priorities simultaneously.

Requirements

• High School diploma or equivalent; Bachelor's degree preferred
• Minimum of 10 years of high-level administrative work experience
• Experience working with C-suite executives and senior leadership
• High level computer proficiency with Microsoft Office
• Strong technical/computer aptitude and willingness to learn new programs and software
• Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
• Proactive, flexible, and willing to perform a variety of tasks
• Strong attention to detail
• Able to manage deadlines and stressful situations with a high degree of professionalism
