The Executive Assistant to the Office of the President provides high-level administrative, organizational, and strategic support to the President of Community HigherEd Institute. This role serves as a trusted partner to the President, supporting executive operations across all three campuses while maintaining the highest standards of professionalism, confidentiality, and discretion.
Requirements
- Manage the President's complex calendar, scheduling, and travel
- Coordinate executive meetings, campus visits, and special events
- Prepare, draft, edit, and manage executive correspondence, reports, presentations, and official communications
- Track action items, deadlines, and commitments to ensure timely follow-up and accountability
- Provide administrative and logistical support to the Board of Directors
- Coordinate board and committee meetings, including agendas, materials, minutes, and follow-up documentation
