Truckee Meadows Community College (TMCC) is seeking an Executive Assistant to support the Office of the President. The Executive Assistant will provide high-level administrative and operational support to the President and the Director of Executive Operations.
Requirements
- Graduation from high school or equivalent education
- Five (5) years of progressively responsible administrative support experience
- Experience coordinating executive-level meetings and materials
- Knowledge of budgeting, expense tracking, and financial systems
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Experience coordinating events and logistics
- Ability to build relationships and work across departments
- Demonstrated initiative and problem-solving skills
