Senior Corporate Counsel

We are seeking a Senior Corporate Counsel to join our legal team. The ideal candidate will have 8+ years of legal experience, preferably in-house, with exposure to the medical device or healthcare industries. They will be responsible for drafting and negotiating complex business agreements, reviewing and advising on promotional and non-promotional materials, and providing legal guidance to internal stakeholders.

Requirements

• J.D. and active admission to at least one U.S. state bar, in good standing.
• 8+ years of legal experience, preferably in-house, with exposure to the medical device or healthcare industries.
• Strong knowledge of laws and regulations applicable to global medical device manufacturers.
• Experience reviewing and analyzing medical device or healthcare-related educational and marketing materials.
• Proven ability to draft, redline, review, and negotiate contracts independently.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills with the ability to influence, build relationships, and earn credibility quickly across global teams with competing priorities.
• Demonstrated ability to take ownership of projects and consistently meet deadlines and quality standards.
• Strong analytical skills, with the ability to identify and define problems, gather and evaluate information, assess risk, and provide practical, business-oriented recommendations in complex or ambiguous situations.
