Job Description
The Anthony L Jordan Health Corporation is seeking a Health Information Management (HIM) Specialist to update and organize protected patient related health information. The HIM Specialist will ensure accurate and compliant data, empower clinical teams, and respond to patient requests.
Requirements
- Maintain complete and accurate patient records in the Jordan Health electronic medical records system
- Ensure Jordan Health is in full compliance with applicable federal and state privacy laws when responding to requests for patient information
- Provide responsive assistance to patient requests for medical records
