Job Description
Jordan Health is seeking an IT Systems Administrator to design, implement, maintain, and secure the organization's network infrastructure across all locations. The IT Systems Administrator will manage firewalls, switches, VPN tunnels, servers, wireless networks, backups, and system monitoring while collaborating closely with the IT Manager and support staff.
Requirements
- Configure, maintain, and monitor LAN/WAN networks, switches, routers, and firewalls
- Maintain reliable network performance, uptime, and capacity planning
- Manage backup systems, disasters recovery procedures, and log reviews
- Implement and monitor intrusion detection/prevention, endpoint protection, and security audits
- Manage patching, updates, and system hardening
- Troubleshoot network outages, connectivity issues, and system performance problems
- Assist in IT planning, budgeting, and infrastructure road maps
