LPN

Jordan Health is seeking a LPN to provide quality medical aid to patients. The LPN will work as part of the primary health care support team, adhering to standards and policies established by AJHC.

Requirements

• Ensure high quality, consistent, competent, patient-centered care
• Manage patient flow to clinicians and service staff
• Maintain full compliance with all requirements related to provision of care
• Use the nursing process
• Have excellent computer and customer service skills
• Possess strong communication and inter-professional skills
• Demonstrate problem solving abilities and clinical judgement
