Applied AI Engineer, Beneficial Deployments

Anthropic's Beneficial Deployments team is seeking an Applied AI Engineer to join their team. The successful candidate will use their deep technical expertise to advise mission-driven organizations on AI deployment and develop ecosystem-level tooling and infrastructure to scale impact.

Requirements

• 8+ years as a Software Engineer, Forward Deployed Engineer, or technical founder
• Production experience building LLM-powered applications
• Experience working in ed-tech, healthcare, scientific research, nonprofit, or other mission-driven organizations
• A love of teaching, mentoring, and helping others succeed
