Corporate Accountant, Accounting Operations

Anthropic is seeking a Corporate Accountant to join its Corporate Accounting Operations team. The successful candidate will be a key preparer across the monthly and quarterly close cycle and will work cross-functionally to solve complex problems.

Requirements

• Serve as a primary preparer across month-end and quarter-end close activities
• Prepare and own balance sheet reconciliations, journal entries, and flux analysis commentary
• Prepare and maintain technical accounting memos
• Support and operate within the company’s internal controls framework
• Identify repetitive, rules-based accounting tasks and build scalable workflows
• Collaborate with Technical Accounting on complex transactions, policy development, and application of new or evolving accounting standards
