We are seeking an Events Lead, Enterprise to own the development and execution of enterprise-focused events that accelerate pipeline, deepen customer relationships, and elevate Anthropic's brand presence with key enterprise audiences.
Requirements
- 15+ years of experience in enterprise event marketing, field marketing, or a related role
- Proven track record of executing large-scale conferences, trade shows, and hosted executive events
- Strong budget management experience, including vendor negotiation and contract management
- Ability to manage multiple complex events simultaneously
- Experience partnering with enterprise sales teams to align event programs with pipeline and revenue goals
- Strong communication and collaboration skills
- Experience with event technology platforms (e.g., Splash, Cvent)
- Experience building an enterprise events function or program from an early stage
- Strong network of event industry contacts, including venues, production agencies, and AV partners
- Experience with account-based marketing (ABM) strategies and how events fit within a broader demand generation ecosystem
