Job Description
Anthropic is seeking a highly experienced Marketing Events Lead to establish and lead their field marketing presence across EMEA, focusing on European markets. This role involves executing integrated marketing campaigns, managing event strategies, and working closely with sales leadership and cross-functional partners. The ideal candidate will have proven experience in both field marketing and event management, and a deep understanding of SaaS sales cycles.
Requirements
- 12+ years of B2B marketing experience in EMEA
- Experience in both field marketing and event marketing
- Demonstrated success contributing to large revenue goals ($500M+)
- Experience creating and executing multi-channel event strategies with measurable revenue impact
- Extensive experience with account-based marketing (ABM)
- Strong project management and budgeting skills
- Exceptional cross-functional collaboration and analytical abilities
