IT Support Engineer

Anthropic is seeking an IT Support Engineer to join their growing IT Operations team. The successful candidate will provide technical support, troubleshoot issues, and contribute to operational improvements to help the company scale.

Requirements

• 5-7+ years of hands-on IT support experience
• Excellent communication skills and a genuine service mindset
• Strong troubleshooting skills and ability to diagnose and resolve issues
• Experience with Google Workspace administration and Slack administration
• Familiarity with MDM fundamentals and endpoint management concepts
• Experience with basic scripting (Bash or Python) for automation
• Strong ownership and problem-solving skills
• Ability to manage competing priorities and propose solutions for process improvements
