Legal Operations Specialist, Tooling & Enablement

We're seeking a Legal Operations Specialist to help build and maintain systems, workflows, and tools for our legal team. The ideal candidate will be comfortable with technology, curious about AI, and able to hold their own in technical conversations. Responsibilities include coordinating the legal team's AI tooling roadmap, building no-code and low-code solutions, and partnering with the team on AI adoption efforts.

Requirements

• 4-7 years of experience in legal operations, legal technology, or a technical operations role
• Ability to keep multiple projects organized and visible simultaneously
• Comfort with building lightweight technical solutions
• Experience working alongside teams building and shipping tools
• Lead with curiosity and empathy
