Figure is an AI robotics company seeking a Legal Operations Analyst to build and maintain the legal infrastructure for its growing team. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented and can operationalize manual processes into automated systems.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in legal operations, contracts management, or project management at a law firm or start-up.
• Advanced proficiency as an Ironclad administrator (Workflow Designer) and DocuSign power user, with experience managing equity platforms (Carta) and ensuring tech stack integration with ERP/CRM tools.
• Proven rigor in managing, organizing, and operationalizing complex legal documentation and legal intake processes.
• Ability to manage multiple high-priority tasks in a fast-moving, rapidly evolving robotics environment.
• Strong verbal and written skills with the ability to work collaboratively and professionally with diverse teams.
