Job Description
The Support Operations Specialist, AI Agent Management role at Anthropic involves designing and optimizing conversation flows, configuring AI behaviors, and building integrations with external systems to improve the capabilities of the AI support agent, Fin. Requirements
- Design and optimize conversation flows, triage logic, and handoff behaviors
- Configure and maintain Fin's Guidance rules and Attributes
- Build and maintain integrations between Fin and external systems
- Design, implement, and troubleshoot automated workflows
- Own Fin over email setup and maintenance
- Contribute to AI support effectiveness monitoring
- Partner with the AI Support Systems team on technical dependencies
