Requirements

• Develop and execute strategic recruiting plans to identify, source, and hire highly qualified candidates, with a focus on Machine Learning and AI talent
• Partner with hiring managers and interviewers to understand hiring needs, team matching, required skills and qualifications
• Enhance and implement recruiting processes and programs while maintaining an inclusive and high talent bar
• Collaborate with leadership and cross-functional partners to understand organizational needs and map out long-term talent acquisition strategies
