Finance Associate - Nordics

Antler is looking for a Finance Associate to support its finance operations across the Nordics. The role involves handling financial workflows, delivering detailed variance analysis, and supporting strategic financial planning.

Requirements

• At least one year of experience in finance, accounting, or business management
• Detail-oriented and process-driven, with strong quantitative instincts
• Highly organised: you can keep multiple workflows moving simultaneously without dropping the ball
• A proactive communicator who's as comfortable presenting to Partners as writing a clear Slack message
• An eye for improvements, ideally you already implement AI into your workflows and are obsessed about doing things smarter
