Founder Experience Analyst

We are looking for a Founder Experience Analyst to deliver a life-changing experience for every founder we work with, from scouting to residency to portfolio. The role involves contributing across community, events, operations, and partnerships to ensure every founder feels the difference.

Requirements

• 2+ years of experience in community, operations, or founder-facing roles
• A natural connector who builds genuine relationships and makes people feel looked after
• Excited about founders, startups, and the VC ecosystem
• Organised, proactive, and dependable
• Comfortable with tools like Slack, Notion, and HubSpot, or genuinely motivated to learn them fast
• High agency: you see what needs doing and you do it
