As a Senior Scouting Manager, you'll source exceptional founders, build founder pipelines, and assess founder potential. You'll work closely with founders as they take ideas to venture-backed startups and gain unparalleled exposure to early-stage company building.
Requirements
- 4+ years of professional experience in a tech startup in a commercial role or recruiting for the tech sector or as a founder
- Good understanding of and experience in implementing GTM and 0-1 strategies, with a “hunter” mentality
- Plugged-in” to the tech/startup community and have an active network
- Confident people person with a curiosity to uncover mission-driven individuals
- High EQ and ability to forge trusting relationships quickly
