Job Description
We are looking for an experienced Group Financial Controller to lead the financial control function across our global entities. As a senior, hands-on role, you will take ownership of group financial reporting, accounting operations, and internal controls.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience as a Financial Controller or in group consolidation, within multi-entity international groups
- Strong background in group management accounting, reconciliations, and complex intercompany structures
- Experience with group audits and IFRS compliance
- Skilled at tailoring communication style for diverse audiences and navigating cultural differences in multinational environments
- Demonstrated ability to foster a collaborative, high-performance finance culture
- Credible, reliable, and trusted point of contact for all accounting matters across the group
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related discipline
- Professional accounting qualification (ACA, ACCA, CIMA, CPA) – completed
- ERP experience; NetSuite experience is a plus
- Big 4 experience is highly desirable
