Logistikchef till ICA Kungälv

ICA's warehouse in Kungälv supplies 1,300 stores every day, 365 days a year. The logistics manager will have overall responsibility for daily operations and leading the business through extensive and long-term change.

Requirements

• Leading organizations and people through change in complex environments with many parallel initiatives
• Several years of management experience with responsibility for leading and developing other managers
• Experience of logistics, warehousing, production, or other flow-based and KPI-driven operations
• Experience of working in organizations with strong trade union presence and experience of building good relationships with local clubs
• Experience of strategic group work and management in larger organizations
