Frenda is a Swedish product company that develops a cloud-based SaaS solution for dental care. As a System Engineer, you will handle complex support issues, provide expert support to other teams, and work closely with product and development teams to provide feedback on bugs and user patterns.
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in technical support in complex IT environments
- Good understanding of troubleshooting, networks, log analysis, and the relationship between software, hardware, and drivers
- Familiarity with handling integrations of peripheral equipment and experience with electronic medical records or other healthcare IT solutions
- Experience with incident management systems, SQL, technical data analysis, APIs, and system integration
- Good technical knowledge of Windows environments, network connections, and common client problems
- Interest or experience in medical image processing
