The Sales Manager is responsible for supporting the Branch Manager in selling the Coldwell Banker Value Proposition, coaching agents on increased production, and implementing an office culture where agents thrive and want to grow their careers.
Requirements
- Three + years' experience selling real estate required
- Active Real Estate License required
- Technologically proficient in all areas
- Working knowledge of business and financial acumen
- Experience in training, coaching and leading people, groups and organizations preferred
- Exceptional presentation and public speaking skills; impeccable grammar both verbal and written required
