Job Description
Supporting the Senior Assistant Company Secretary in providing best practice Board governance and corporate reporting services in respect of ANZ’s listed parent company and ADI, as well as dealing with associated regulatory matters.
Requirements
- Legal Practitioner / Governance Institute of Australia qualified
- Breadth of governance experience in ASX listed companies, ideally financial services (APRA regulated)
- Excellent attention to detail and communication skills
- Experienced in process improvement/simplification
- Mindset promoting growth and change
