Job Description
Reporting to the Senior Assistant Group Company Secretary, the successful candidate will play a key role in supporting a small team that provides best practice Board governance and corporate reporting services in respect of ANZ’s listed parent company and ADI.
Requirements
- Experience managing corporate actions and large projects
- Governance Institute of Australia qualified or in the process of gaining such qualification
- Breadth of governance experience in a listed environment
- Excellent attention to detail and communication skills
- Proven track record in leading process and policy improvement/simplification
- Strategic approach to governance and mindset promoting growth and change
