Job Description
AO is seeking an experienced Project Manager to oversee and deliver architectural projects from inception through completion, ensuring they are completed on time, within scope and budget, and successfully collected.
Requirements
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture, Engineering, Construction Management, or related field
- 10+ years of experience as a Project Manager in an architectural services firm or related industry
- Proficiency in Revit and other industry-standard software
- Strong understanding of architectural design principles and construction processes
- Knowledge of building codes, permitting, and regulatory processes
- Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills
- Strong analytical, reasoning, and critical-thinking abilities
