The Project Manager – Multifamily Production plays a critical role in leading architectural projects from inception through completion, ensuring projects are delivered on schedule, within scope and budget, invoiced accurately, and collected in a timely manner.
Requirements
- Develop and oversee comprehensive project plans, including scope, schedule, budget, staffing, and resource allocation.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for clients and build and maintain strong client relationships while addressing issues and aligning project outcomes with client goals.
- Lead and coordinate multidisciplinary project teams including architects, designers, engineers, consultants, and contractors.
- Foster collaboration, clear communication, and accountability throughout the project lifecycle.
- Monitor project budgets, manage costs, and track expenses.
- Create, monitor, and maintain project schedules and identify potential risks or delays and implement corrective strategies.
- Ensure all deliverables meet AO’s quality standards, design intent, and client expectations.
- Support construction administration activities, including site visits, responding to RFIs, and reviewing submittals.
- Identify project risks and develop mitigation strategies.
- Oversee preparation and coordination of drawings, specifications, contracts, and reports.
- Provide regular progress reports and presentations to clients, leadership, and stakeholders.
