Job Description
The Assistant Maintenance Director supports the upkeep and functionality of apartment communities by performing repairs and maintenance on various systems. This role ensures work orders are completed promptly and upholds compliance with safety regulations and Fair Housing laws.
Requirements
- Knowledgeable of basic electric, plumbing, drywall/painting, carpentry, ceramic/tile, and appliance installation/removal and repairs.
- HVAC, EPA, and CPO certified required.
- Minimum of three (3) years of general maintenance experience required.
- At least one (1) apartment maintenance experience required.
- Ability to multitask, stay organized and meet deadlines.
