Job Description
The Make-Ready Technician is responsible for preparing apartment units for new residents by performing general maintenance and repairs, troubleshooting, diagnostics, and housekeeping tasks to ensure units and property facilities are in optimal condition.
Requirements
- Proficient in basic electrical, plumbing, drywall/paint, carpentry, ceramic/tile, and appliance installation, removal, and repairs.
- Experience with turnovers and make-readies of vacant units in the multifamily industry is preferred.
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Strong multitasking abilities, with excellent organizational skills and the ability to meet deadlines.
- Availability to work on-call, including after-hours and weekends, as needed.
