Job Description
The Porter will be responsible for maintaining the grounds, amenities, building exteriors, leasing offices, and parking lots of the community, including daily trash removal, preparing units for move-in, and reporting maintenance concerns to the Maintenance Director.
Requirements
- At least one year of full-time related experience
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Ability to work on-call, including after-hours and weekends when necessary
- Strong multitasking skills, organization, and ability to meet deadlines
- Must be capable of lifting and carrying objects weighing up to 50 lbs. regularly and up to 100 lbs. occasionally
