Associate Director, Antitrust Analyst, Mergers and Acquisitions

APCO is hiring a Merger Analyst to join their Competition and M&A practice in Brussels. The role focuses on analyzing competition, antitrust compliance, and financial subsidies, working across the EU and UK, and providing insights to clients and senior management. The Analyst will assess risks, track reviews, prepare presentations, and deliver impactful reports.

Requirements

• At least 5 years of relevant experience in antitrust and competition.
• Proven track record of providing insight, commentary, and analysis of complex M&A transactions.
• Exceptional writing, presentation, and client-facing skills.
• Fluent written English.
• Knowledge of other European languages an advantage.
