Senior Reliability Engineer

The company is looking for a Senior Reliability Engineer to play a crucial role in the development of their next generation products and the maturation of their existing products.

Requirements

• Bachelors or Masters Degree in related engineering field
• 7+ years experience in reliability engineering or related work
• Strong background in reliability science, typical hardware failure modes, data analytics for reliability, Weibull statistics etc.
• Hands on in the lab, comfortable/capable with wide range of electrical and mechanical test equipment
• Strong communication and leadership skills
• Experience with formal product development and release to manufacturing over the full product lifecycle
• Familiarity with automotive ISO test/reliability standards, IATF 16949, GMW 3172 is helpful
