Requirements

• Bachelors or Masters Degree in related engineering field.
• 10+ years experience in reliability engineering or related work, with preference on electromechanical hardware systems produced at high volume.
• Strong background in reliability science, typical hardware failure modes, data analytics for reliability, Weibull statistics etc.
• Database mining / manipulation skills are a plus.
• Hands on in the lab, comfortable/capable with wide range of electrical and mechanical test equipment.
• Strong communication and leadership skills are critical.
• Experience with formal product development and release to manufacturing over the full product lifecycle
• Familiarity with automotive ISO test/reliability standards, IATF 16949, GMW 3172 is helpful.
• Design of test fixtures and/or LabView skills are a plus.
• Self-motivated, proactive, independent, curious and driven to learn and improve.
