Job Description
Apex Clean Energy is seeking a Senior Analyst to join its Project Finance team and accelerate the shift to clean energy. The role will support the valuation, structuring, and execution of project transactions, including project sales, joint ventures, construction financing, back-leverage, and tax equity financing for utility-scale wind, solar, and battery storage projects.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Engineering, or a related field
- 5+ years of experience in project finance, renewable energy development, infrastructure investment, investment banking, private equity, or a related field
- Advanced proficiency in Excel-based financial modeling, including building complex project finance models
