Senior Analyst, Portfolio Finance

The Senior Analyst of Portfolio Finance is responsible for supporting construction period financing execution and operating period asset optimization transactions for wind, solar, and energy storage assets.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business, Economics, Accounting, Engineering, or related field.
• 2-4 years of experience in project finance, portfolio management, or M&A in the energy sector.
• Advanced Microsoft Excel knowledge is required.
• Experience building, auditing, and/or updating complex project finance models, with the ability to quickly generate summary economics relating to each stakeholder, is required.
• Experience with reading and interpreting investor financing agreements and project contracts is highly preferred.
• Tax equity experience is highly preferred.
• Understanding of financial, tax, accounting, and investment concepts.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
