Graduate Engineer

Graduate Engineer position available at Apex Engineering Group. Primary responsibilities include working as a key project team member on highway, urban roadway, or municipal projects. Must have Bachelor of Science Degree in Civil Engineering, engineering intern certification, and 1-3 years of experience with design and/or construction observation.

Requirements

• Bachelor of Science Degree in Civil Engineering required
• Engineering Intern (EI) certified, or ability to obtain certification within one year
• 1-3 Years of experience with design and/or construction observation responsibilities on roadway or general municipal projects
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Must be detail oriented, self-motivated with strong interpersonal and organizational skills
• Flexible working style and willingness to occasionally modify personal schedules as required
• Proficient using Microsoft Windows/Office products
• Working knowledge of AutoCAD, Civil 3D and Microstation/GeoPak or other CADD-based civil design software
• A valid driver’s license is required or the ability to obtain one
